Paul Ryan is about to make its baptism of fire in accepting his appointment as vice-presidential candidate and saying the most important speech of his career at the Republican convention in Tampa, Wednesday, Aug. 29. Well known in Washington, the deputy Wisconsin 42 years old is little in the rest of the United States. And his acceptance speech offers him the chance to present to the Americans, seventy days of an election whose outcome is still uncertain.
